A smooth pickup starts with a few details at booking. Please have these ready:

• check_circleYour flight number. We use it to track your flight, so your pickup time follows the actual landing time.
• check_circleThe name for the board. If you are booking for someone else, give us the traveller’s name, not yours.
• check_circlePassengers and bags. This decides which vehicle we send.
• check_circleYour destination address. Your fixed price is calculated from this when you book.

   We track your flight

   From the moment you take off, we follow your flight. If it lands early or late, your chauffeur’s arrival time is adjusted to match.

   Collect your bags

   Clear passport control and customs if you are on an international flight, collect your luggage and walk out into the arrivals hall.

   Look for your name

   Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall, international or domestic, holding a display board with your name on it.

   Help with your luggage

   Your chauffeur helps with your bags from the terminal to the vehicle.

   Settle in

   Every vehicle is stocked with bottled water, mints, hand wipes and charging ports, so you can recharge your phone on the way.

   Straight to your destination

   You are driven directly to your address in Sandton, Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand or anywhere else in Gauteng, with no other passengers and no extra stops.

schedule If Your Flight Is Early or Delayed

You do not need to message us when your flight changes. Because we track it using your flight number, your pickup moves automatically with an early landing or a delay. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked onto a different flight, contact us with the new flight number as soon as you can.

Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Hyundai Staria 9-seater each take 6 passengers with 6 bags, and the Staria 11-seater takes up to 10 passengers. For extra suitcases, equipment or golf bags, add our luggage trailer. See Group Transfers for capacities and options.

Executive assistants and travel managers often book pickups for guests. Give us the guest’s name and flight number and your chauffeur will meet them in arrivals with a name board. Companies that book regularly can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing.
